Concept: How good the underlying idea is. Originality counts.
Execution: How well the idea has been realized. Bad ideas can be done perfectly, and vice-versa.

Translate Thews' Reviews to another Language:
Thewsreviews uses a quasi-logarithmic rating scale that's uncommon in reviews - so here's a handy guide to translate what the ratings mean.
For five-point crowdsourced consumer web ratings, like those used on Amazon and elsewhere, a thews rating of 0 should be considered a "1-star". For all other ratings, add two points for the Amazon-equivalent score, and round down to "5-star" when the Thewsreviews rating is '3' or above.
For ten-point 'expert' reviews, like those in camera magazines or on the conclusions page of DPreview, add fifteen points to the Thews rating and then divide by two. Half-points are encouraged, as it makes the whole subjective-scoring thing seem much more precise.
For 100-point reviews, like those in audiophile magazines, add 95 points and remember that anything less than 97% is something they wouldn't let their goldfish listen to.
Unless specifically and prominently noted, any products or services discussed here have been bought with our own money from normal retail channels, and the opinions offered are not sponsored, endorsed, paid for, or compensated in any way. Not that we'd have a problem with it, but it's just so rare for anyone to make an offer. However, there's no such thing as a truly unbiased opinion, and as such, all thoughts here are simply the insights of the people who write them, and should be given the appropriate consideration and viewed in the context of the individuals' experience.

Congratulations! And that's a beautiful ring.
Thanks, Bill.
My former girlfriend loves it, and it's exactly what I wanted. This was the very first ring I saw, and I didn't need to look at any others.
she's a lucky woman!
Not as lucky as I am.
